Cancellations need to done 30 day before arrival for full refund (April 9th.)

(You can make other lodging arrangements off-property and drive in daily for the Summit. You will only need to register for the event and pay the park entrance fee)

Park Fee is $30 per vehicle – good for 7 days. Pay to the park upon entrance.

Dining

Friday Dinner: 5:00 pm
Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pig & Cabbage, or Stir-fried Veggies… With Rice, Asian Blend, Mixed Green Salad, and Cookies

Saturday Breakfast: 7 am – 9 am
Breakfast buffet Menu

Saturday Lunch: 12 noon – 1 pm
Sandwich: Ham, Turkey, Cheese, or Vegetarian; with fresh fruit, cookie, chips, and assorted canned juice or water.

There are other places to eat at the camp, including Crater Rim Café, 10-Pin Grill, Java Café, Lava Lounge, and the KMC General Store.

Other Important Information

  • Please bring a water container/hydro flask and a light jacket for cool nights.
  • Store luggage in Koa or a storage room before check-in.
  • Keys for rooms will be ready on arrival on Friday, May 10, 2024, after 3 pm.
  • You may bring extra drinks, soda, juice, and bottled water, but you need to keep it in your lodging, not in the meeting room.
